The more high-quality content you have, the better! I recommend getting professional photography done. But even if you don’t have any professional photographs, don’t worry, I have some workarounds up my sleeve! :) After you book your design date, you’ll receive a welcome packet with detailed questionnaires and copywriting prompts to capture your vision. I’ll edit and polish your words to really make it shine!

Depending on the package you choose, I would recommend 2-3 weeks to gather everything you need. This gives you time to use all of the provided guides and figure out exactly how you want your website to feel and function. You’ll get your welcome package after our consultation call, and that will include step-by-step materials to walk you through the design process. All your materials will be due the Friday before your design kick-off (which is the following Monday).

Your first payment of 33% of the project fee is due when you book your design date. Your second payment of 33% is due on the Friday of our first week (our midway point). On the last Friday of our design period, just before we launch your site, your final payment (of 34%) will be due.
